Manolis Tsakiris receives Best Student Paper Award at 2014 ACSSC

Manolis Tsakiris, a PhD student in the Center for Imaging Science at Johns Hopkins University, received first place in the 2014 Asilomar Student Paper Contest for his paper entitled “Abstract Algebraic-Geometric Subspace Clustering”. The 48th Asilomar Conference on Signals, Systems, and Computers is a yearly Conference held on the Asilomar Grounds in Pacific Grove, CA, USA. The conference was held on November 2-5th, 2014. It provides a forum for presenting recent and novel work in various areas of theoretical and applied signal processing.
