I have also been part of the creation and development of the following software codes :

  • fshapesTk : a MATLAB software (with CUDA subroutines) to solve the registration and atlas estimation problems based on the LDDMM deformation model for a variety of geometric objects like point clouds, curves, surfaces and functional shapes.

  • h2metrics : a list of routines in MATLAB for the computation of geodesics, geodesic distances and Karcher means on the space of closed and open curves with invariant second-order Sobolev metrics.

  • SRNFmatch : a Python library to estimate Square Root Normal Field distances and geodesics between surfaces.

  • ShapeGraph_H2match : a MATLAB repository for weighted elastic matching on shape graphs with partial correspondences.
