CIS Data Sets Request Form

The Center for Imaging Science, under agreement with data set providers, will allow qualified applicants to obtain this data.

To get your password for the desired data sets:

  1. Fill out the following form and press the [request] button.
  2. If you have filled out the form correctly, your request will be forwarded to CIS and you will be shown a page displaying the information you have selected.
  3. We will contact you via email with your new password and/or data set access as soon as possible.

NOTE: ALL REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED BY HAND--RESPONSE TIMES ARE NOT IMMEDIATE.
