Changed the output part of the 2 DTI codes, so the program will write out separate files for each output data instead of putting many things in one file.

Each output matrix is in txt format, the order of the entries is the same as used in FORTRAN, i.e., the last dimension first.

The file name of the output files explains what that file is.

Initial release of the code.
