To generate these databases, CAD models for the targets were rendered using
Silicon Graphics (SGI) workstations. Also using the SGI, the targets were rotated
to each integer azimuth between 0 and 359 degrees. This single angle specifies the
orientation of the ground based targets rendered here. The databases have been used
for experiments on performance analysis for ATR systems. The
data is available frame by frame for each azimuth, or for the entire range of azimuths between 0 and 359
in compressed tar format.
